Offshore Lifting Beam

At Gardec VJ, we fabricated a lifting beam designed to place concrete blocks around a floating composite pipe.

The design drawings, which originally used American profiles, were adapted by our engineering team to European profiles and safety standards. The entire structure was made of steel and equipped with composite walkways and ladders. It was designed to be modular, making it transportable using standard 40-feet containers.
